Componentry & JIG Welding.
We have have MIG and TIG welders set up on our rotary positioners. We also have a rotary TIG welder with an automated wire feeder system used in high quality production runs.
Materials we work with are: Stainless steel, Aluminium and Titanium. We also clean and protect the welds using electro passivation cleaning machines.
The TIG or GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) services that we offer are:
Jig/fixture work, Purging, Atmospheric inerting, Componentry and production runs.
We have MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welders set up for stainless steel and aluminium projects. From one off parts to large jigging production runs we have it covered. Compared to TIG welding, it is much faster, resulting in shorter lead times and lower production costs.
